For people with any of the following - You might consider going to a special needs shelter.

Assisted Care Shelter

Colostomy- medical assistance needed

Catheter - medical assistance needed

Oxygen

Nebulizer  - 2 or more treatments per day

Alzheimer - Requires caregiver to go with patient

 Senile Dementia - Requires caregiver to go with patient

Dressing Changes - Wet to Dry medical assistance needed

Gran Mal Epilepsy within last 6 months

Bladder & Bowel dysfunction

G-Tube feeding

Trach Tube that may require suction

Brittle Diabetic medical assistance needed

Apnea Monitors

 

 
Hospitalized in last 3 months for:
 
Congestive Heart Failure
Shock due to Internal defibrillator
Open Heart Surgery
 

Enhanced Care Shelter

 

Imminent Death Hospice

Continuous IV patient

Bedsores

24 Hour/Day Ventilator Patient
